Color Consultations: Our interior designer will recommend colors for interior and/or exterior that will showcase the home that will appeal to buyers. Paint swatches and samples will be included as well as a recommendation for a painter. The designer can schedule and work with the painter to convey color plan. ($300)
Design Services: When you’ve just purchased a new home, our interior designer can you pick furniture, paint colors, new fixtures, window dressings and wall art. Design fee is at an hourly rate of $50.
